The dissertation is dedicated to increasing the efficiency of grain hulled barley crops by improving the technological process of husking corn and peeler in agricultural products. A mathematical model of the peeler with vibratory drive, which allows you to choose a rational frequency oscillator, the speed of the rotary disk, the elastic characteristics of supports. According to the results of experiments are set depending on the quality indicators from the peeling process control parameters: the amplitude of the exciting force and frequency vibrators, the angular velocity of the disk drive, and grain moisture.
