Object of study: Financial and economic processes, the objective laws and the necessary preconditions for the development and activation of the financing system of expanded agricultural enterprises. Objective: the theoretical and methodological foundations of mechanisms and funding instruments expanded reproduction farms to ensure their sustainability and competitiveness in the financial and commodity markets. Methods: dialectical and abstract logic, constructive settlement and experimental, economic, statistical, correlation and regression analysis. Theoretical and practical results: In dissertation work the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of financing of the extended reproduction of agricultural enterprises are investigated and organizational-methodical recommendations are developed on its improvement.? Economic essence is certain and grounded suggestion on perfection of mechanism of financing of the extended reproduction. The author developed the conceptual model for managing the financing of expanded reproduction farms, which are functional components (objects, actors, goals, tasks and functions), instrumental (sources, forms, methods and instruments of financing), information blocks, and implementation mechanisms that optimizes direction of cash flows and rationalize the use of scarce financial resources.
