Nesterov I. The formation of the management system in structural subdivisions of agroindustrial transnational corporations

The dissertation is devoted to a theoretical consolidation and a new solution of the theoretical and practical task consisted in the formation of the well-balanced management system in the structural subdivisions of the agroindustrial transnational corporations (hereafter - TNC). The definition of the concept "agroindustrial TNC" has been specified, the theory thesis of the perception of the economic subject and the content of the notion "management system" in the structural subdivisions of the agroindustrial TNCs has been enriched, and a current situation and specific conditions of the TNCs' activity on the agrarian market of Ukraine have been evaluated. The technical approach of the complex evaluation of the management system conditions by all its elements in the structural subdivisions of the agroindustrial TNCs has been improved. The possible variants of the organization structure of the subdivision of the agroindustrial TNC in Ukraine to identify the strategic directions of its business efficiency increase have been worked out and a complex of the arrangements to stimulate personnel of the structural subdivisions of agroindustrial TNCs has been improved.
