The thesis is devoted to forecast of development, early diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine herpes virus infection in infants. In this paper, based on the analysis of obstetric and gynecological history, physical health of pregnant women, the morphological features of placentas developed diagnostic and prognostic criteria determining the risk of intrauterine fetal infection with herpesvirus. It was found that 69,7% of children who were born to mothers infected with the above risk HSV1 / 2, CMV, EBV. In 66,6% of cases detected active course of infections, 33,3% - latency. Ascertained morphological changes in the tissues and organs of children who died as a result of the generalized flow of cytomegalovirus infection. Determined that the violations in the nerve cells correlated with the degree of organ damage and age of the deceased child. First detected on the basis of reliable diagnostic criteria developed mathematical models for prediction of intrauterine herpes virus infection in infants and its complications. A set of differential treatment effects etiopathogenetic intrauterine herpes infection in infants and proven clinical and laboratory efficiency.
