Konopko N. Prediction and prevention of complications idiopathic extrasystole in children

The thesis proposed a new decision to an important theoretical and practical problems associated with the definition of individual indicator prognosis of idiopathic extrasystole in children with designated treatment and rehabilitation, including recommendations on the level of physical activity, using the proposed algorithms, depending on the resulting figure. Proved the importance of factors that determine the development complications children with idiopathic extrasystole and the model prediction of its clinical course (favorable, uncertain, unfavorable). It was revealed that idiopathic premature beats detected in children of all age groups, often in boys than in girls (60,2 and 39,8 %, respectively), has often ventricular (56,4 %) compared with supraventricular (43,6 % ). It is proved that children with idiopathic arrythmia have different adaptation reserves cardiovascular system depending on the clinical course that defines the volume and type of the recommended exercise. First proposed risk stratification of complications: dilatation of the heart cavities, paroxysmal tachycardia, heart failure.
