Object of research - co-infected TB/HIV; goal - improvement of efficacy of treatment of patients with co-infection TB/HIV by studying the peculiarities of nature history of a newly diagnosed tuberculosis and relapse, identify the causes of recurrence and improve chemotherapy regimens in the treatment of new cases of tuberculosis; methods - clinical, radiological, microbiological, immunological, statistics, novelty - established the frequency and timing of the development of RTB in HIV-infected patients, depending on the receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART) and TB tretment. First established risk factors for RTB - the lack of ART in HIV-infected in the primary disease or simultaneously with, the purpose of ART after completion of the basic course of chemotherapy, defective chemotherapy for number daily doses and schedule of primary disease. It was developed the method of treating HIV-infected patients with newly diagnosed tuberculosis, which provides for the inclusion of moxifloxacin in the intensive phase of chemotherapy instead of ethambutol and streptomycin, which reduces the duration up to 2 months by accelerating the resolution infiltrative and focal lesions in the lungs of 86,7% of HIV-infected patients, sputum conversion - in 80,0% of patients and improve the safety of ART during the intensive phase of chemotherapy and prevent the RTB.
