The dissertation is devoted to the issues of increasing the efficiency of early diagnosis sensorineural hearing disorders in persons exposed to long-term sound downloads (players, discos). In-depth examination of the auditory functions (thresholds of hearing in regular and extended frequency range, impedansometry, short-latency auditory evoked potentials.) and the state of cerebral hemodynamic (rheoencephalography) the persons - users of loudspeaker equipment. In the experiment defined levels of sound pressure in the external auditory passage under the sound of the player; determine the optimal design of sound emitters, minimising their negative impact on the organ of hearing. Developed and offered for practical use of the scheme of calculation of the total load sound to the inner ear that causes no change in the latter.
