Object of research: innovation and investment processes in agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. Objective: To clarify and justify the theoretical and methodological tools and develop organizational guidelines for improving the innovation and investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises. Methods: abstract-logical, economic and statistical, systematic approach, analysis and synthesis, ranking, graphic, economic and mathematical modeling. Scientific novelty: the first reasonably methodical approach to determining the integral index of investment attractiveness of innovative agricultural enterprises, improved theoretical essential design concept of "innovation investment attractiveness" of the enterprise, methodological approaches to the ranking of investment attractiveness of innovative agricultural enterprises, the mechanism of increased investment and innovation attractiveness agricultural enterprises, were further developed design principles and scientific approaches to the evaluation of investment attractiveness of innovative agricultural enterprises, methodological tools of quantitative prediction of the level of aggregate factors and identity investment and innovation attractiveness of agricultural enterprises.
