Kalicheva N. Improvement of the management enterprises of the Ukraine's railway transport.

Object - Enterprises control processes of the railway facilities of Ukraine. Goal - development of theoretical and organizational-economic aspects of management enterprises of the railway facilities in the introduction of high-speed movement on the territory of Ukraine with consideration the peculiarities of functioning industry in modern conditions. Methods - a system approach, the comparative analysis, the method of synthesis and generalization, statistical analysis, the analytical method, graphical method, abstract-logical method. Results - improved: theoretical bases of management enterprises of the railway facilities transport of Ukraine; the mechanism of reorganization of the enterprises of track facilities due to the substantiation of its essence and content of the stages of preparation, implementation and perspective development; organizational structure of management of the enterprises of railway facilities; the methodical approach to the organization and planning the limit of the work; principles of organization and planning travel works; theoretical basis for creation of the accumulation fund investment collateral repair of railway infrastructure. Received the further development: the methodical approach to an estimation of efficiency of activity the enterprises of railway facilities. Introduced - at the enterprises of railway transport.
