Essay

Dissertation is devoted to complex research investigate crimes committed in the Chernobyl exclusion zone. Circumstances which are subject to exposition as well as the influence of normatively legal mode of the Chernobyl exclusion zone on the process of investigation of crimes are considered. Criminalistic description of crimes is investigated, typical consequence situations and tactic of leadthrough of consequence actions and forms specific knowledge are determined. The subject of finishing telling, exigent and near-term consequence actions are given, grounds for the beginning of pre-trial realization are exposed.
