The methodological principles and methodology ensure of innovative potential estimation of industrial enterprise as effective method of innovation strategy design are developed. The innovation potential research process is offered to view as the system that reflects the direction and intensity of individual components impact on the. The methodological approach is justified and the based on innovative potential estimation method in terms of homogeneous set of quantitative indicators of apprehension and actualising innovation is proposed that allows strategic innovation alternatives comparison of enterprise. The model of the two indicators groups - apprehension and actualising based on identified economic logic which display the innovation implementation effectiveness is formed. The procedure for calculating these indicators using the interval scale proceed from the one quantitative innovative potential estimation basis is offered.
