Fedotova S. Formation of economic mechanism of management of investment and innovation activity of construction enterprise

The thesis is devoted to solving the problems associated with the formation of the economic mechanism of management of investment and innovation activity of construction enterprise on the basis of economic-mathematical modeling. Methodology for modeling economic mechanism of management of investment and innovation activity of construction enterprise is grounded. Theoretical foundations for regulation and management of investment and innovation activity of enterprises of construction industry in Ukraine are examined, the internal structure and conditions of existing of the construction enterprise are studied, possible methods of management of modern economic systems are analyzed. Significant factors that objectively reflect the investment and innovation activity of construction enterprise are found, and the relationship between them is investigated. System of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of investment and innovation activity of enterprise is defined and justified. The generalized model of economic mechanism of management of investment and innovation activity of construction enterprise and economic-mathematical model of optimization of economic measures for making effective management decisions is developed. Effectiveness of the proposed mechanism of management of investment and innovation activity of construction enterprise to confirm its practical significance is investigated.
