Mykhaуlyshyn I. Administrative Legal Framework of the Constitutional Mobility and Choice of Residence Right Implementation

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of administrative legal and institutional framework of constitutional mobility and choice of residence right implementation. Place of human and citizens' rights and freedoms in Ukraine in modern democratic society is defined. Characteristics of migration are given, its types are analyzed. Concept and nature of registration of citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons by place of staying and place of residence are defined. Characteristics of the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine administrative activity in the sphere of physical persons' registration by place of staying and place of residence are given. Recommendations to improve legal regulation, organization and practices of the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine on the registration of persons by place of staying and place of residence are developed.
