Essay

Dissertation investigates the legal principles of organization and control of the interior authorities over business entities abidance by the administrative law. The scientific approaches to the formation of the modern concept of the use of administrative law in the regulation of control in the sphere of economic activity are investigated. Priority basis of prevention by interior authorities the offenses in the sphere of economic activity are distinguished. There are developed the suggestions and recommendations how to improve the organizational and structural construction and warrants of interior authorities in the sphere of control over economic activity.
