The essence, aims, tasks, major participants and principles of enterprise's fi-nancial stability are identified; the role and impact of enterprise's financial stability in financial system's structure been investigated; interconnection and cross-correlation of enterprise's financial stability and corporate governance been investigated on the basis of scientific and methodological approach. Mechanism of enterprise's financial stability with specific rates in cross-connection to corporate governance and it's key elements been formed. Stakeholders classification been proposed from perspective of one's influence and involvement in enterprise's financial stability maintenance. Stakeholder's financial instruments to impact and allocate enterprise's cash flow been identified. Corporate social responsibility been defined as key and proactive element in corporate governance structure, what helped to develop theoretical and methodo-logical base for stages of corporate social responsibility mechanism , used and im-plemented to secure enterprise's financial stability.
