Korobka R. The development of stock market infrastructure as a component of the financial system of Ukraine

The essence, organizational principles and the role of stock market as the segment of country's financial system is researched in the dissertation, its place in the financial market structure is defined, the essence of stock market infrastructure (SMI) is deepened, its composition, tasks and functions are stated, criterial features of stock market participants' classification considering their affiliation to SMI sub-systems is developed, regulatory and legal framework for regulation of the stock market participants' activity in Ukraine are systemized, the influence of transactional costs on composition and structure formation of SMI sub-systems is described, the current state of SMI development in Ukraine is researched, its influence on the general level of stock market development in Ukraine is estimated, system of SMI effectiveness criteria is broadened, directions of SMI development in Ukraine are stated considering the international experience and globalizing processes in world financial system, bases of trade SMI quantitative composition optimization are worked out; propositions concerning SMI improvement in context of socially responsible investing de-velopment are worked out.
