In work probed theoretical bases of forming of organizationally economic mechanism of motivation of labour are on milk processing enterprises. The factors of motivation of labour and their influence are analysed on forming of mechanism of motivation of labour. Probed modern development and effectiveness of mechanisms of motivation of labour of enterprises, busy at processing of milk. Concrete measures and case of forming of motivation of labour of milk processing enterprises a process frames are offered. The model of optimization of economic methods of motivation of labour is developed with the use of method of the grade method and calculation of production functions.
