In dissertation the theoretical and methodological principles of cost management companies are investigated and the factors that have a significant impact to its are analyzed. Factors of influence on the system of cost management companies' factors of the process, their sources and effects are determined. The model of production costs with the use of waste products which integrated with the control system is formed. The structure of mechanism for management of information resources for optimizes management is improved.
