Dissertational work is directed on the problem decision of improvement of the personnel control system the agrarian enterprises. The diagnosing system of the level personnel utility is developed that allowed to spend a productive estimation of the personnel control system the agrarian enterprises for the most basic and actual directions. The set of actions and programs is offered for improvement and development of the personnel control system the agrarian enterprises. The complex of organizational and motivational procedures for an estimation of potential of the new workers is defined, based on calculations of special criteria.
