The processes of forming of the financial credit providing of development of agricultural enterprises are a research object. Research methods: formal and dialectical logic, deduction, high-quality analysis and synthesis, historical method, generalization, statistical supervision, comparison, method of coefficients, graphic method, mathematical design. Results: conceptual approach to forming of the financial credit providing of development of agricultural enterprises, methodical approach to optimization of the financial credit providing of development of agricultural enterprises, organizationally-functional infrastructure of the financial credit providing of agrarian sector of economy, organizationally-economic system of agricultural credit co-operation, methodical approach to systematization of directions of government control of financial credit relations in an agrarian region. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of banks, credit unions, agricultural enterprises.
