The processes of management by the financial streams of financial institutions are a research object. Research methods: empiric and theoretical methods, method of abstracting, dialectical method of cognition, historical and logical approaches, method of comparison, analysis and synthesis, grouping, graphic presentation of results, methods of design and formalizations. Results: model of mechanism of management by the financial streams of insurance company, theoretical approaches to determination of essence of financial streams of insurance company, classification signs of financial streams, methodical approaches in relation to forming of subsystem of kontrolynga financial streams of insurance company. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of insurance companies.
