Sergienko O. The legal adjusting of external state promissory relations in Ukraine

The thesis, based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific, journalistic sources and current national Dissertation is one of the first in modern domestic financial legal science this is a special complex monographic research of problems of the legal adjusting on external state promissory relations in Ukraine. Basic scientific looks are analyzed in relation to procedure of implementation, management and the retirement of external state debt of Ukraine. There has been conducted the complex theoretic - methodological analysis of features of organization and legal adjusting of management on the external national debt, as well as question of differentiating of jurisdiction in this sphere.
