Object - dental defects in adolescents and peculiarities of the formation of secondary deformities of dentition; the purpose - to determine the dynamics of changes of dentition adolescents aged 13-17 years related to the strains of dentition after losing the first molar; methods - analytical, clinical-diagnostic, morphometry, electromyography; novelty - shows that the secondary strains of dentition in adolescents aged 13-17 years should run timely the reposition of displaced teeth with the proposed device; results - suggested the complex of morphological and functional diagnostic methods of research for the objective assessment of the condition of dentition after the loss of teeth; implemented - in therapeutic and educational process; industry - dentistry.
