Essay

The thesis presents change of blood lipid spectrum, levels of nitric oxide metabolism, indicators of local immune response, cytokine profile and endobronchial factors of nonspecific resistance of 119 cases with community acquired pneumonia in combination with coronary heart disease in patients infected with Chlamydophila pneumoniae. The treatment of patients with medication tivortin aspartate was proposed and justified and it was accompanied by the restoration of blood lipid spectrum, subpopulations of T-lymphocytes and cytokine profile, normalization of NO metabolism, apoptosis, sIgA and lysozyme.
