Lozova O. Prognosing and astimation of socio-economic development of national economy of Ukraine

Object: process of socio-economic development of national economy of Ukraine. Purpose: development theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations in relation to forming of the system of prognostication and evaluation of socio-economic development of national economy of Ukraine. Methods: dialectical; system and historically logical; abstractly logical, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, comparison; economic and mathematical and statistical methods: extrapolations of trend and index, expert estimations, verification of statistical hypotheses; analogies, groupings and designs. It is offered: first: the system of complex prognosis indexes of socio-economic development which consists of certain associate and interdependent elements (estimation and prognostication of demographic possibilities of country, market of labour condition, macroeconomic and social development) is developed, which allows operatively to estimate development of national economy on a long-term prospect; it is improved: ground of directions of government control of national economy; theoretical and methodological going near indicative prognostication; table of contents of concept "a market economy is socially oriented". gathered subsequent development: methodical recommendations are in relation to perfection of the system of prognostication of socio-economic development on the basis of introduction of social budget; approach of the systems is to forming of estimation of socio-economic development of national economy; theoretical and methodological approaches to forming of model of socio-economic development of national economy of Ukraine on a long-term prospect.
