Pobihun S. Econometric support of strategic management for oil and gas companies

The thesis is devoted to the elaboration of theoretical and methodological principles of econometric support of strategic management for oil and gas companies in Ukraine.The main problems, which have been investigated in this paper work, are the strategic management processes at the Ukrainian oil and gas enterprises. The conditions of existence and the impact of environment at such enterprises have been analysed. The efficiency of using the econometric support as the technology, that provides management with taking strategic decisions, has been scientifically grounded. There is also formulated the methodical approach for providing the model of strategic management for oil and gas enterprises with the stable development. The model of efficiency value of strategic management has been elaborated with the help of econometric studies based on index of strategic competitiveness. This model and methods have been tested and approved.
