Essay

Analyze thesis is devoted to the legal regulation of executive agencies to consider appeals of citizens. We have investigated the concept and essence of the rule of law in the activities of the executive branch to review the complaints of citizens, defined by their warranty, considered the procedure of administrative review of decisions and actions of the state tax authorities, police and customs officials. Special attention is given to studying the monitoring of compliance with the treatment of citizens by the executive, the main directions of improvement of legislation on the treatment of citizens.
