In research the stages of becoming and development of informative legal relationships in the judicial system of Ukraine, a concept "information" is determined, description of its kinds is given, as a basic institutional element of mechanism of the informative providing of activity of courts, the problem questions of providing of its defense are considered in the process of the legal proceeding. On the basis of analysis organizationally methodical aspects, essence, maintenance and legal principles, author determination of concept "informative providing of activity of courts" is offered.
