Buryak I. Administrative and legal regulation in provision of Ukraine's citizens' right to healthcare

The thesis deals with the problems of administrative and legal regulation providing Ukraine's citizens' right to healthcare. The importance of healthcare for the development and implementation of state policy in the social sphere has been researched, as well as the human rights to healthcare and its place in the system of human and citizen rights and freedoms; international legal framework, foreign and national experience in legal regulation. The issues of information and pharmaceutical right to healthcare realization, quality healthcare as well as administrative and legal guarantees of the specified rights have been analyzed. Proposals to improve the administrative law concerning the rights of Ukraine's citizens to healthcare have been formed.
