Essay

The research subject is the turboset rotors straining with material properties changing in the circumferential direction under arbitrary nonaxisymmetric thermal and force loading. The dissertation objective is a definition of turbine rotors straining at the circumferential nonuniformity of material properties and temperature. The research methods are a semianalytical finite elements method and step-by-step methods of plasticity and creep analysis. The design estimation technique of turbomachine rotors nonaxisymmetric straining is developed. The influence law of circumferential nonuniformity of temperature and mechanical properties distribution on the rotors permanent deflection is established. The received results allow forecasting scientifically possible rotor deflection value under their real operating conditions. Scientific novelty is consists in that the research technique of stress and straining state research of elements and details in 3D is created. The technique and results of researches are used on Open Society "Turboatom" and at execution of economic contracts. Application branch - is power engineering and turbine construction.
