The thesis is devoted to the improvement of theoretical and methodological provisions, development of scientific and methodological bases and practical recommendations for transformation of the innovative activity management system of shipbuilding enterprises. The offered organizational and economic model of management mechanism innovation shipbuilding enterprises, takes into account the interaction of re-sources, tools, competition and institutional factors, and can improve the effec-tiveness of management innovation by using the matrix form of organization works in time of the creating an innovative project.
