This paper justifies the conception of diagnostic the stability of functioning the small business enterprises with the help of indicators system; it develops the procedure of integral estimation of stability of functioning the small business enterprises; it investigates and grounds the necessity of the using some methods, namely: integral and rating estimation, expert evaluation, standardization and scaling. It also offers the author's classification of stability levels of industrial enterprises functioning in relation to the classes of stability.
