Sanoyan V. Efficiency evaluation of generalized chronic periodontitis treatment in patients with diabetes mellitus of the type 2 by application of physical and immunological parameters of oral fluid.

The dissertation is devoted to the efficiency evaluation of generalized chronic periodontitis treatment in patients with diabetes mellitus of the type 2 by application of physical and immunological parameters of oral fluid. The peculiarities of tensiometric, rheological and immunological parameters of oral fluid and blood serum have been indicated in the organism of patients with generalized periodontal diseases without assident somatic pathology and assidanted by diabetes mellitus of the type 2. The comparative and correlated analysis of the investigated indexes have been made. A scheme pathogenetic therapy has been developed within comprehensive treatment of patients with generalized periodontal diseases without assident somatic pathology and assidanted by diabetes mellitus of the type 2, on the basis of investigation of indexes of dynamical interphase tensiometry, rheology and immunological parameters of the oral fluid and blood serum. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed treatment schemes allowed to detect the reducing of treatment terms of patients down to 2-3 days, and to stabilize the inflammatory process in periodontal tissues.
