Eropkin V. Organizational-economic mechanism of ricegrowing industry functioning in agricultural enterprises

Object of study: economic relations of rice's market and organizational-economic mechanism of the industry in rice cultivation farms - the main producers of rice. Goal: scientific basis for organizational and economic mechanism for improving the functioning of the field rice cultivation in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine. Methods: observation, comparison, economics and statistics, account and constructive, graphic, tabular, systematic analysis. Theoretical and practical results: comprehensive assessment of enterprise zones rice Odessa, Kherson oblasts and Crimea for further development of the sector and identify the reserves to increase production efficiency. Formed database for monitoring field rice cultivation. The basic proposals for improving organizational and economic relations of the market of rice in the country. A strategy for the development of domestic rice market, taking into account economic efficiency of rice production and its competitiveness in the global and domestic markets. The novelty lies in the systematic justification of theoretical and methodological provisions of rice cultivation area and develop practical recommendations that collectively contribute to solving the problems of the required amount of rice production, improve the competitiveness of the industry, taking into account global trends and requirements of internal and external markets, regulations and WTO principles of national characteristics and potential of the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Degree of implementation: the main provisions of the used in the development and implementation of targeted comprehensive program of field rice cultivation (The "Rice Ukraine 2010-2015"). Research results to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and introduced into production rice cultivation farms. Some results have been practically used in the Institute of rice NAAS and State Enterprise "Research Farm Institute of Rice.".
