Object - the process of accounting and analytical information in the system of production of soft drinks. Purpose - to study the theoretical and methodical provisions formation of accounting and analytical information in the system of production of soft drinks. Methods - theoretical generalization, systems analysis, abstract and logical, comparative statistical analysis, questionnaire, operational and strategic cost analysis, investment analysis. Results - study of non-alcoholic beverages and the development of the basis of theoretical principles and practical recommendations for the formation of accounting and analytical information. Novelty - The structural and logical scheme of formation of accounting and analytical information in the system of production of soft drinks for decision-making in the area of optimizing production costs.
