Kondratyevа K. Legal regulation of the ecological safety in agriculture in Ukraine.

The thesis contains a complex study of definitions and characteristics of the legal regulation of ecological safety in agriculture in Ukraine. The paper analyzes the level of scientific researches on the chosen topic, proposes a definition of ecological safety in agriculture and formulates its main features. The author singles out the main directions of state policy, directed at regulating the ecological safety in agriculture and on its basis analyses the Ukrainian legislation in this area. The thesis investigates the system of state authorities, that implement powers in the part of legal regulation of the ecological safety in agriculture in Ukraine and finds out its features. The paper analyzes some functions of these authorities, such as regulation, standardization, certification, licensing and control. To address the shortcomings of legal regulation, which were identified in the work, the author proposed specific amendments to current legislation.
