Objekt is a process of state internal financial control. A purpose is forming teoretiko-methodical approaches and development of practical recommendations in relation to modernization of the state internal checking system in a budgetary process.Methods are logical generalization; system structural analysis; comparative analysis; methods ekonomiko mathematical design.Novelty - determination of co-ordination of state internal financial control is offered in a budgetary process, the conceptual model of co-ordination of activity of subjects of state internal financial control is built, determination of maintenance of budgetary offences is improved, going near the evaluation of efficiency of state internal financial control at the level of region, going got subsequent development near determination of essence of state internal financial control of budgetary process.Results have been implemented in activity of Government treasury service of Ukraine, Government treasury service of Ukraine in the Ternopil region, Ternopil regional state administration, State financial inspection, in the Ternopil region, educational process of the Ternopil national economic university.A sphere of the use is supervisory organs of Ukraine.
