The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical principles and practical recommendations on resource management of corporate enterprises. Analyzed and summarized scientific views on the definition of the content of the concepts of "information", "information resources", "resource management" and identified related factors in the modern economics. The main features of national entities' resource management were defined. Built mechanism of functioning information resources in the internal environment of corporate enterprises and highlighted organizational and technological subsystem of information management. Investigated types of domestic corporate enterprises in information and communications sector, depending on the authorized capital and analyzed the main procedure of resource management of corporate enterprises. Proposed guidelines for efficiency evaluation of information resources using and developed a dynamic model of economic activity of corporate enterprise from information and communication industry.
