The thesis presents a comprehensive scientific study of telecommunication companies capital management applied aspects under conditions of integration processes in the field. Proposed a mechanism of capital management at the stage of integration decisions making, that allows to analytical evaluation of equity growth as a result of integration. Major difference of the proposed improved capital management structure lies in separation of existing strategic management subsystems, as well as in identifying and justifying the implementation of strategic objectives, including models for assessing the fundamental value of equity reallocation structure planning considering invested capital risk. Basic research and practical results of the thesis is the ability to use the proposed research and applied aspects in the activities of telecommunications companies, which will increase the efficiency of the integration process and the growth of the equity business.
