Essay

The dissertation evaluated the significance of the identified risk factors leading to the implementation of various clinical forms of congenital cytomegalovirus infection (CCMVI) and congenital herpes infection (CHI): large percentage of somatic and ingenious pathology and its exacerbation in the first trimester of pregnancy, complications of pregnancy and childbirth, presence of pathological changes in neurosonography, artificial and early mixed feeding on the background of microbiota infringement of newborns. Clinical forms of CCMVI and CHI are defined and described by studying the peculiarities of these diseases with regard to postnatal pathological contamination of the upper respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract of newborns. For the first time in catamnesis, the comparative analysis of the diseases, physical and neuropsychological development is performed among 117 children with CCMVI (I), CHI (III) and children who were born without clinical manifestations of these diseases.
