Muravska V. The formation mechanism of financial support for agricultural higher education and research in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the solution of theoretical, methodological and practical issues of the formation mechanism of financial support for the development of agricultural higher education and research in the economic environment of the state, due to the need to reform the current system of financing. The essence of financial resources and types of agricultural higher education and science are defined. The forms and sources of financial support for the development of agricultural higher education and science are defined. The essence of the mechanism and characteristics of financial support for agricultural higher education and science and its components are defined. The dynamics and structure formation of the financial resources of agricultural higher education and research in Ukraine are grounded. The effectiveness of financial support for agricultural higher education and science in Ukraine and evaluated the dynamics and structure of the sources of its formation are analyzed. The conceptual approaches and model financial support of innovative development of agricultural higher education and science in Ukraine are proposed. The ways to improve methodological approaches to pricing for educational and scientific services are substantiated. Ways of improving the use of financial resources through budgeting tools are proposed.
