The patients with the inflammatory eye diseases (IED) were diagnosed the high degree of the Epstein-Barr virus contamination (active reproduction was found in lacrimal fluid of the 80% of the patients, in saliva - 80%) and herpesvirus of the 6 type contamination (55% and 60% accordingly). Turned out that the herpes viruses activation of the patients with the IED is associated with the reliable immune status changes: the decrease of natural killers count (CD3-CD56+ lymphocytes) of the 79 % of the patients and the decrease of the LGL of the 87% of the patients, as well as the decrease of the cytotoxic CD3+CD8+ lymphocytes count, the increase of the average level of the CD19+ В-lymphocytes (85% of cases), increase of the level of the IgG and IgА, decrease of the IgМ, and reliable increase of the secretory IgA level in saliva. Herpes virus active replication of the patients with the IED goes along with the significant reliable increase of the TNF-а levels in serum and saliva of the examined patients, and with the decrease of the gammaIFN level in serum which goes along with the normal level of the IL-10 in serum. Was developed and proved the practicability of the use of the immune therapy for the patients with the IED, which included the use of the specific antiherpes immunoglobulins, Laferobion and Imunofan. Proved the clinical and immunological effectiveness of the offered immune therapy.
