Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying of reactivity of 1-aminoisoindole, its derivatives and analogues in reactions with dienophiles. Due to the Curtin - Hammett principle, first isoindoles, that mainly located in isoindoline tautomeric form, were undergo the reactions with maleimides. Study of the reactivity of amphiphilic derivatives of 1-aminoisoindoles in homogeneous and structural media were made. The catalytic role of aggregated media in the reactions with cyclic dienophiles was shown. Convenient methods of synthesis of fluorescent derivatives of 4-amino-benzo[f]isoindole are proposed.
