Essay

The scientific analysis was carried out and the theoretical concepts were generalized regarding the nature of organizational development. The sources and the reasons of organizational changes and their relation to the dynamics of organizational development were investigated. The conditions and the sources of development of the national machine-building enterprises were analyzed and the main trends and patterns determining the results and the dynamics of their development were identified. Based on the functional approach, a set of parameters of an enterprise was highlighted to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational changes and organizational development.
