Hromova O. Motivational mechanism of activation of innovation and investment activity of enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical grounding, finding methodological approaches and applied recommendations for the development of motivational activation of mechanism innovation and investment activity of enterprises. Firstly developed motivational mechanism of innovation and investment engineering firms, which includes five blocks and allows us to solve a number of important objectives: to attract the necessary investment resources for effective innovation and investment, to make choice of real investment projects, to assess the possible effects of their practical realization on building enterprises. An own vision of monitoring processes of innovation and investment activities of companies was offered, which was specially organized systematic and ongoing supervision of the financial state of the object, the exercise of innovation, the formation of the necessary investment resources and operational evaluation.
