Dissertation is devoted development teoretiko-methodical principles and practical recommendations in relation to determination of influence of socio-economic factors of motivation of personnel of machine-building enterprises. Investigational concept-category vehicle of problem of motivation of personnel of enterprises. Certainly essence of motivation of personnel as a socio-economic category. Classification of the raznospryamovanikh factors of influence is improved on motivation of personnel. The models of dependences are developed between socio-economic factors and effective performance of machine-building enterprises indicators.
