Object of research: reception nanostructures, strengthening coverings. A research objective: increase of operational characteristics of details at the expense of coverings and nanostructures. Methods of research and equipment: methods of mathematical modelling of the connected problem of heat conductivity and thermoelasticity, equipment - PМТ-3, UD100, 4D600, CІІT. Theoretical and practical results: possibility of reception of conditions nanostructures by means of mathematical and engineering models of the combined processing; possibility of replacement of grinding turning operation at processing of the tempered steel 45 hard alloy the tool with a covering 0,18GfN+0,82ZrN, taking into account adhesive interaction of the cutting tool and a processed material. Novelty: working out of mathematical model of reception nanostructures at the combined processing; techniques of a choice of sequence of layers for a multilayered covering, on the basis of a tension and adhesion of contacting materials.
