Yamkova I. Administrative and Legal support of the activity of individual entrepreneurs in Ukraine.

The study is dedicated to clarifying the essence and peculiarities of administrative and legal support of the activity of individual entrepreneurs in Ukraine. The history of individual enterprises in Ukraine as a kind of economic activity and historical development of legislation for an individual business in Ukraine and foreign countries are researched. The market economy provides a person who has the desire, knowledge, money or property and which are not subject to legal prohibitions to start work and implement their vision of an efficient, profitable and, consequently, achieve financial prosperity. Using the comparative method in the analysis of national legislation and legislation of foreign countries to identify common features and differences on the main stages of legitimation of the activity of individual entrepreneurs: state registration, licensing, patenting and taxation. First proposed by the author's definition of administrative and legal support individual entrepreneurs as a kind of administrative activities to ensure public administration enshrined in the Constitution, the legislative and regulatory acts of the rights, freedoms and interests of individual entrepreneurs, the public interest of the state and society. The lacks of the administrative and legal support of the activity of individual entrepreneurs are opened. Recommendations relating to the improvement of legislation and legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity are formulated. The research paper contains proposals and addings to the current legislation in the sphere of individual enterprise.
