Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical, methodological and applied issues of developing the economic-organizing system of corporate management on light industry enterprises. Conceptual approach to corporate management based on corporate social responsibility as a basis of formation of corporate management's determinants has been substantiated. Methodological approach of appraising a level of corporate management have been substantiated. Based on assessment made the recommendations on improving the level of corporate management have been given.
