Zarichanskaya E. Organizational and economic mechanism of industrial waste management

This thesis work is dedicated to a solution of a pressing scientific problem concerned with development of abstract theorems and reasoning of action-oriented recommendations on efficiency raising of business mechanism of waste management in enterprises. During the time of research the next methods of scientific cognition were exploited: the methods of theoretical generalization, historical and economic analysis, abstracting, analysis and synthesis, methods of statistical analysis, the dialectical logic and systematic structural analysis, the method of analysis of hierarchies, the analytical method and the comparison of economic and mathematical methods analysis. The state and dynamic of waste management are investigated, ecological and economic problems of industrial enterprise operation are analyzed. The essence is established and basic components of business mechanism of enterprise waste management are proposed. Environmental and internal factors which affect waste management processes are systemized. A scientific and technical toolkit of waste management control is specified by means of splitting in groups according managemental influence pattern. Economic environment of practicability of industrial wastes using in enterprise industrial processes is defined and cooperation management for market participants within a system "Enterprise-Partner-Customer" is proved. Recommendations about full assessment are worked out, what allows to ascertain ecological and economic efficiency of enterprise waste management directions
